■ Test Facilities

     Using the latest technology, we deliver the best solutions. Our ISO 9001 approved quality assurance system is strict enough      to satisfy the most demanding users. The extensive laboratory is equipped with various instruments for on-line quality control.

     Instruments used for evaluating incoming raw materials, UV stability, tenacity and elongation as well as coating, surface      voltage, denier and more, are all part of this state of the art quality system.

     FIBC loading and endurance tests can be conducted and documented as often as necessary to insure standards are being      met. With in-house facilities, new products and features can be tested and quickly approved.

     Controlling a Type D bag is not so easy. Sunjut is proud to be the first Type D bag maker to have an in-house testing rig      specially set up for this purpose. Collecting experience from experts located in different corners of the world, we put together a      lab specially equipped with all the instruments that certification bureaus have. Here we can check samples of production to      ensure that the Type D properties are consistent.
